Return Policy
Returns only applies to items bought from vastroses.com. Product exchanges are currently not an option. All returns must be unworn, complete with all original tags and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it fails to meet the above terms.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, ensuring your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
Returning Wrong Issue Items
If you receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please email us as soon as possible providing the full details of the order, so that it can be resolved. We aim to process all refunds within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Once a refund is authorized your bank can take between 2-5 business days to show this in your account.
